Beating Blue Monday

Today's Blue Monday, the most depressing Monday of the year as we all crawl towards pay day. But I'm feeling pretty pleased with myself as I managed to buck the trend. 

Dear Diary

I've written a diary for as long as I can remember. As a child I treated it as a best friend who I could tell all my secrets to. Then as I grew up it became a place to record my life, my experiences and my feelings.
