My month in pictures - November 2014

It's crazy how quick the end of the year is approaching. In some ways November has felt like it's flown by, as the start of the month was so busy, with an impromptu trip to the wrestling, seeing my girls and going on a few nights out, but then the end has been so busy at work I feel so exhausted and time has begun to drag. 

Anyhow, here's a snap shot of what I've been up to in the penultimate month of 2014.

Brunch at the Wet Fish, West Hampstead

This is a short and sweet one but I met some of the girls early this week for a bit of brunch and had such a delicious meal that I only managed to take a few snaps before we tucked straight in.

Eek, Christmas is in the air and to celebrate I've done the Christmas tag.

Choc Chip Cookies

A Sunday night tucked up in front of the TV with some freshly baked cookies. Just what the doctor ordered. 

Unable to sleep

More and more recently I'm having nights where I can't sleep. I go to bed feeling reasonably tired, eyes heavy, but as soon as the noise and buzz of daily life quietens, my mind comes alive.

Workout motivation for when the going gets tough

I work out to make myself feel good. It calms my mood which can often be tense and its a great way of getting rid of some of my pent up frustrations about being unable to achieve the 101 things I unrealistically set myself to do on a daily basis.

On a wet and miserable day, there is nothing better than charging into a dry restaurant to spend the afternoon catching up with your girls. 

The time for travel

Since I've been back off holiday my mind has been constantly wandering to the next destination. I've made lists upon lists of everywhere I want, some feasible, some not so.

My month in pictures - October 2014

It's finally the end of October. Not that I'm wishing the time away, but that felt like a long month, and like I was crawling towards pay day forever! It has been one of the most jam-packed months I've had in a while though. It feels crazy only a few weeks ago we were in Greece, it feels like months ago. Anyway, here's me, doing me this month.
