Brunch at the Wet Fish, West Hampstead

This is a short and sweet one but I met some of the girls early this week for a bit of brunch and had such a delicious meal that I only managed to take a few snaps before we tucked straight in.

I totally love brunch. It's one of my favourite meals, sitting round with my ladies and gossiping over the night / week before and having an excuse for a late morning tipple - what's not to like.

So, when we needed over due catch-up, we took a jaunt over to West Hampstead to this quaint little place called The Wet Fish just up the high road. I had been drooling over the menu all week and had already planned out what I was going to have, so we sat outside in the cool summer sun and got down to the gossip.

We both guzzled down smoothies - summer fruit for Rach and Green detox for me and it wasn't too long until our food arrived. And along with it another friend.

I had a delicious courgette and mushroom Bruschetta to which I added extra goats cheese (this wasn't a menu option but it totally should be, it was amazing all together).

Whilst Rach had the self-titled 'hangover cure' of chorizo, eggs and potato which was my second option and looked and smelt incredible!

So much so, I'm totally going to be trying that one out myself the next time the big H hits. I'll keep you posted! Now do you see why I love Brunch so much?
