Success is in the eye of those who wear orange trainers!

Ding, ding, ding!! As you may have guessed from the title, I am now the proud owner of orange Nike 4.0 trainers. The reason - I have successfully smashed my first goal and earned my first treat of the year. I am so freakin' excited to wear these bad boys 

My month in pictures - February 2014

Woohoo, another month behind us - not that I'm wishing time away or anything, but I just can't wait for  spring! 

Although a short month, it's also been really productive. Fit Feb came and went with a bang - and now its on to Motivated March - see what I'm doing here? I'm sure I'll run out of these soon…maybe. 

Anyway, this month was one of birthday's, learning 'healthy and sugar free' recipes, working out and also reminiscing at old holiday snaps (get me to a beach NOW!).

Brazilian barbecue - the next best thing to actually going to Brazil

For as long as I can remember I have wanted to go to Brazil. 

You can totally imagine yourself in a street shack in Brazil with us right?

Sleepy Sunday afternoons

I love sleepy Sunday winter afternoons! No other day of the week feels quite so mellow and relaxing. 

Don't look at my nails here - I've just had the acrylic taken off and they have been left really weak and in a pretty dire state!
