Pizza and cocktails in Soho

When you're looking for a chilled out evening with friends, B-Soho is a great little spot. Especially Thurs - Sat when they have live music too.

So, when my cousin and I decided to have a long overdue catch up over cocktails, it was the perfect spot. The dim lighting, good music and chilled out vibe were just what we were after, and getting there before 7:30 meant we could take advantage of the four cocktails for £15 deal. Sweet!

Fully stocked with Dark and Stormies, Daquaries, White Russian and some other fruit concoctions we set up a tab and asked the staff to let us know when they had a spare table before coasting down into some comfy chairs and beginning our massive life update.

Dark and Stormies are fast becoming my go to drink (alongside bubbles of course). Dark rum and ginger beer, it's got the perfect blend of spice and warmth that make it ideal for a winter tipple.

Time flew as we nattered away and we were soon shown to our table where we quickly ordered another round to get the best use of the Happy Hour deal. The staff did hover around a bit though so we did order some starters just to get them to give us a breather.

We ordered these mini bruschetta with goats cheese, balsamic pear and parma ham. They were delicious, and there were six mini ones which was ideal. Chloe was right though, the pear didn't really come through too much, it just gave a subtle sweet flavour. This was ideal for me as I'm not a massive pear fan.

Finally we also got round to ordering some food, I've heard all the good things there are to hear about the pizzas here so my mind was made up that was what I was having, it was just hard to choose which one. So I settled on parma ham, cheese, tomato and rocket. Chloe on the other hand opted for a healthy salad, which looked tasty but hands down I had the best dinner.

The pizza dough was just so soft and flavoursome, I think it is one of the best pizza's I've had in ages. May actually set myself a challenge of going to find a better one. It may be tough to beat, although I do need to go to Pizza Pilgrims too, so will let you know which is best.

Oh, and goes without saying we finished off with a salted caramel sundae...I love salted caramel, it's just sweet and salty enough that you can't eat too much, which is good for me as my eyes are definitely bigger than my tummy!

So, if you're after a good slice of pizza when you're in central London, this little spot is tucked away just behind Oxford Circus. It does get busy though so I'd def recommend getting there to take advantage of the Happy Hour!
