Getting Ready For Christmas: Harry Potter and Home Decorating

Five days before Christmas and I am finally in the full spirit of Christmas. I've been to Harry Potter in the Snow, decorated the flat and wrapped all of my presents. Want to get in the festive spirit, grab a mulled wine, or hot chocolate with Baileys and flick through the below.



First stop, off to Harry Potter World near Watford. We've never been and realising they set a lot of it up especially for Christmas, it seemed like a great way to kick off the festivities.

This may be the best tree ever! 

Cue stupid face.

The below was an absolutely massive model replica of the whole structure of Hogwarts. It was huge and the picture definitely doesn't do it justice. 

After Harry Potter it was time to get home and decorate the flat. Prize piece this year was Dan's drawing. Every year he draws a Christmas picture and this years smashes it! By far my fave.

I think this Santa is one of my absolute faves too, he was one of the first Christmas things Dan and I bought when we had our own flat (over 6 years ago now!), and I love getting him out every year.
